Returns Radioscan Returns Policy

Every UK Radioscan customer has the right to return unwanted goods within seven working days of their arrival. Written notification (e.g. email) should be sent before any item is returned. Rejected items, which are returned at the buyers expense, should be in exactly the same condition as when received, such that they are suitable for resale. If an item is returned in such a condition that it is no longer suitable for re-sale (as a new item) a 75% refund will be issued. The customer will be refunded within 30 days.
If you wish to return an item please ensure you get a certificate of posting from the post office, or another valid form of proof of postage. Return your item to the address given on our contact page.

Warranty Radioscan 1 year Warranty

Every new scanner bought through the Radioscan website comes complete with a 1 year warranty (starting from the dispatch date present on the item receipt), unless specifically stated otherwise. B-stock scanners are not covered by warranty, however the Radioscan seven day return policy still applies. Radioscan will either fix or replace any warranty-covered scanner which becomes faulty within 12 months according to the terms of the warranty. If it is not possible to either fix or replace the item we will offer a full refund. If your item suffers a fault within the warranty period please send it to the address on our contact page, along with the receipt and a brief description of the fault.
Warranty void if:
- The item shows signs of damage, misuse or modification.
- There is evidence that the item has been tampered with or improperly used.
- The item shows signs of excessive wear and tear.
- There is evidence of tampering with the serial number of the item.

Security and Data Protection Keeping your details private

We will not gather or retain your personal information unless you have given us permission to do so. By placing an order, you will consent to the use of such personal information.
Any personal information held or processed will be kept up-to-date and will be destroyed as soon as the reason for its collection or processing has lapsed.
We will not pass your personal information to a third party, except to ensure the delivery of goods, or to allow processing of your credit or debit card payment.
Your email address will only be used where necessary, for example to confirm your order and to notify you of the delivery status of your order.
Cookies used by this site during the payment proceedure do not store personal information, only that of an anonymous nature. These anonymous details are at no point combined with your personal details.
