We accept payment by Visa, Delta, Electron, Mastercard, Eurocard, American Express, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Paypal. Simply click the 'buy now' button on the page of the item you are interested in and a paypal payment page will pop-up. Follow the instructions for payment by either credit card or paypal (if you have a paypal account). We are required to make it clear that by completing this process you are entering a legally binding contract under UK law.
If preferred payment may be made by cheque. Please make the cheque payable to 'Nicholas Farr' and send it to the address given on our contact page. Please remember to add £5.00 to the price total price of the order to cover postage and packaging. The cheque should be sent along with a slip of paper on which your order, name, address, email and phone number are clearly written. When the cheque is received we will send an email notifying you of its arrival. Your item will be dispatched as soon as the cheque has cleared.
All scanners bought from the Radioscan website come complete with a 1 year warranty (unless specifically stated otherwise). Please visit our support page for further details.

Radioscan now ship scanners to destinations throughout the world! All scanners are of European specification. Scanner accessories are only delivered to UK destinations at present.
In the UK delivery times for scanners range between 1 and 6 working days depending upon whether we have the ordered item in stock. The postage & packaging charge for single-item UK orders is between £5.00 and £8.00. For multiple purchases of the same item the delivery charge remains the same. Please allow up to 14 days for the delivery of product accessories.
For delivery overseas we use the Royal Mail service 'Airsure' or 'International Signed-For'. This ensures your item receives priority handling. The Airsure service exists for a number of countries at present, these include: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Spitzbergen, Sweden, Switzerland and USA.
The standard overseas Royal Mail delivery service, Airmail, has normal delivery times of 3 days to Western Europe, 4 days to Eastern Europe and 5 days to the rest of the world. The Airsure service, is supposed to be faster (although exact delivery times are not given). However, please allow a couple of extra days in case we do not have the ordered item in stock. Royal Mail Airsure
If you are from a country that is not yet supported by Airsure we will use the Royal Mail service 'International Signed For'. This service is not quite as fast as Airsure (delivery times tend to be the same as for the Airmail service), however there is the security of knowing that packages require a signature at their destination.
